The following elements of the janitorial program are presented in order to achieve clarity and detail in the effective cleaning of your facility . Please review these items and ask for any clarification as needed .
1.General Building Appearance
The overall condition of the facility will be neat and clean in appearance.
2.Schedule / Timeline
DAYS & TIMES TO BE DETERMINED UPON SIGNINGAGREEMENT
3. Communication
Customer and vendor communication shall be by email, phone conversation or personal visits as deemed necessary by customer and vendor .
4.On-Site Inspections
Inspections will be performed at regular intervals, but not less than once per month . Inspections will be done with or without an escort or representative from your company
5.Worker’s Compensation & Insurance
Jani-Serv, Inc. will provide a Workers Compensation Policy per Utah State Law that will cover any potential employee injuries .
6.Liability Insurance
Jani-Serv, Inc. Commercial Liability Policy per Utah State Law a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence with a $2,000,000 aggregate. Documentation will be presented prior to services beginning.
7.Equipment and Supplies
Jani-Serv, Inc. shall provide and be responsible for all our equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other cleaning supplies required to perform regular duties. JSI Property will be removed upon service termination. Equipment to be kept on the Customer Job Site in a designated area.
8. Licensing
Vendor shall possess and kept in force all licenses and permits required per Utah State Law .
9.Keys and Access Cards or Badges
The customer must supply Jani-Serv, Inc. with the necessary keys, access cards, or badges required to efficiently provide services. JSI requires a minimum of 2 complete sets.
10. Safety
JSI will be responsible for being OSHA compliant and keeping onsite SDS Sheets and relevant training for vendor employees. Any specific on site safety training will be provided as needed by the customer .
11.Customer Supplies and Responsibilities
Customer will be responsible for re-useable products used in their building (unless JSI purchases & and re-sells)

12.Age Requirements
It is understood that no individuals under the age of 18 shall be admitted to the building unless specific approval is granted in advance by the customer .
13.Cleaning Guidelines
The scope of work presented and followed in servicing your building is comprehensive but may have gaps unknown by either party . If reasonable these items could be included as needed and by mutual agreement .

•Wind up the electric cord after using •Empty cloth bags weekly •Check the rubber vacuum belt regularly •Check brushes regularly •Do not yank the cord out of electrical sockets •Do not allow electrical cords to fray
•Clean out after each use •Never leave in a mop bucket with water overnight •Hang up after using to air dry •Replace when soiled with a clean mop head •Return soiled to the office for laundering
•Bottles must have a label showing the contents •Do not mix chemicals within bottles •Discard non-functioning spray bottles •Always know the exact contents of bottles •Keep bottles clean and operational •Return empty bottles to the office for refill
